Can I pay with other currencies?
Yes. In the buying process you have the option to switch between currencies and pay in your local coin. This way, you don’t need to deal with foreign currencies and commissions.

Can I change plan after registration?
Yes. Go to your Enigmai account and choose your payment plan. You can pay for the entire year or on a monthly basis (whatever you prefer). You also have the ability to change the number of users working on the system and select additional modules.

Do I pay for system assimilation?
Our products need no assimilation and the EBS system doesn’t require any guidance. All the help you need is in our site, under "support center".

Annual or monthly fee?
In the monthly payment method you pay each month for the month ahead. You have no commitments and you can stop the payments at any given time.
The annual payment method requires you to sign up for an entire year of use, but you get 1 month for free.

Which browsers do you support?
You can use our products on all available browsers, as long as you have Flash player version 10 or higher. For optimal view, we recommend using 1024X768 resolution or higher.
